Die Shrink Calculator accurately calculates die size considering both pad and circuit pitch for up to 20 iterations with any multiplier used as a shrink factor. The program calculates the minimum "pad limited" shrink size.

1. Enter in the horizontal and vertical distances and units for MINIMUM PAD TO EDGE SEAL, MINIMUM PAD SIZE, MINIMUM PAD SPACE, and MINIMUM PAD TO CIRCUIT parameters. (The following diagram may help to visualize these parameters.)

2. Enter the horizontal and vertical PAD COUNT.
3. Select the CORNER PAD PLACEMENT option.
4. Enter the horizontal and vertical DIE SIZE (These dimensions must include circuit and pads from edge seal to edge seal.)
5. Enter the SHRINK multiplier (must be <= 1) and select the iterations and units for the calculated results.
6. Click the calculate button.
